Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support a team of up to 50 employees at our Bolingbrook, IL location. Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Shift: 8AM-5PM + Overtime
Pay: $33.24.hour

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily operations for a team of up to 50 employees.

• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to operational staff.

• Oversee workflow to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service standards are met.

• Monitor operational performance and address issues impacting service or productivity.

• Coordinate with dispatch, transportation, and warehouse teams to ensure timely freight movement.

• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and applicable DOT requirements.

• Conduct team meetings, safety briefings, and training sessions as needed.

• Assist with workforce scheduling, staffing levels, and shift coverage.

• Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, or a related field.

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to operational challenges.

• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) or warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.

• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance within logistics operations.

• Bilingual in Spanish is highly encouraged but not required.
