2nd Shift Assembler

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our 2nd shift production team. This role involves assembling light fixtures in a clean, well-organized manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates are dependable, able to follow instructions, and comfortable performing repetitive assembly tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble light fixtures according to work instructions and quality standards

• Use hand tools and basic assembly equipment

• Inspect finished products for defects and accuracy

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Meet daily production goals while ensuring quality

• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous assembly required

• Manufacturing experience preferred 

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
