Job Description
Job Title: Warehouse Equipment Operator – Raymond Reach Truck
Pay Rate: Up to $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Multiple Shifts AvailablePosition Overview
We are seeking experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role focuses primarily on operating Raymond Reach Trucks along with other warehouse equipment to support order picking and inventory movement.
Important: This is NOT a standard forklift position. Candidates must have current Raymond Reach Truck experience. The facility uses Raymond equipment only (not Crown).
Available Shifts

3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM

2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Evening Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:30 PM – Finish
Training: All new hires will complete one week of training on 1st shift (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM).
Additional Scheduling Notes

Shifts may extend up to 12 hours depending on business needs

Overtime may be required
-
First week of each month requires a mandatory 6-day work week

All schedules are subject to change based on business demands
Compensation
-
Up to $20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
-
Operate Raymond Reach Trucks safely and efficiently
-
Use RF scanners (RF guns) for picking and inventory tracking
-
Follow computer-generated picking instructions through a headset (instructions are provided in English)

Operate additional equipment including:

Counterbalance forklifts
-
Cherry pickers
-
Double blade pallet jacks
-

Move, stack, and organize products within the warehouse
-
Maintain productivity and safety standards
Requirements
-
Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
-
Current Raymond Reach Truck experience required
-
Experience with I-Warehouse machines
-
Experience using RF scanners
-
Ability to operate counterbalance forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks
-
Must have reliable transportation
-
Steel-toe boots required
-
Strong attendance and work history
-
Must provide a resume with complete employment history and explanation of any gaps
Candidates without current Raymond Reach Truck experience will not be considered.
Interview Process

Basic computer literacy assessment

Closed-door interview

Plant walk-through

Hands-on equipment test (candidate must confirm comfort level before proceeding)
Note: In-person interviews are conducted in the afternoon
Work Environment

Not a temperature-controlled warehouse

Associates will wear a headset while operating the reach truck to receive picking instructions
