Job Description
We are seeking dependable General Labor Associates to work in a cold storage warehouse environment in Denton, TX. This role involves handling inventory, preparing orders, and assisting with shipping operations while maintaining high standards of safety, sanitation, and accuracy. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer conditions and can thrive in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Job Title: General Labor EnvironmentLocation: Denton, TX
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shifts Available:
- 1st shift Thursday- Monday 5AM-5PM
- 2nd shift Wednesday-Sunday 5PM- 5AM
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Label and store items in refrigerated or frozen areas.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and label products accurately for outgoing orders.
- Shipping & Loading: Stage and load outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep aisles, storage areas, and equipment clean and organized.
- Safety & Sanitation: Follow all food safety, sanitation, and PPE guidelines.
- Record-Keeping: Use WMS and scanners to track inventory and log shipment data or discrepancies.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or cold storage experience preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs and work on your feet in cold environments for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate picking, packing, and inventory handling.
- Communication: Follow verbal and written instructions; work well in a team.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in cold conditions (cooler and freezer environments).
- Teamwork: Must be reliable and work collaboratively to meet warehouse goals.
