Duties:
- Assist with light assembly tasks, including using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers and nut drivers.
- Load, unload, and move materials safely within the facility, lifting up to 45 lbs as needed.
- Pack and package products efficiently and accurately to meet production quotas.
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure work meets safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety guidelines at all times.
- Support team members with additional duties as required to ensure smooth operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Physical capability to lift up to 45 lbs regularly.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Basic familiarity with hand tools and ability to follow instructions.
- Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
