Job Title: Fulfillment Center Associate

Location: York, PA

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay rate:14.50 per hour

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Fulfillment Center Associates to join our team in York, PA. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven warehouse environment and have prior fulfillment or warehouse experience.

Duties:

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment

• Use scanning devices and warehouse computer systems to track inventory and orders

• Operate manual and electric pallet jacks safely (training provided)

• Load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience working in a fulfillment center or warehouse environment

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restrictions

• Ability to stand and walk continuously for the entire shift (8+ hours)

• Comfortable operating or learning to operate manual and electric pallet jacks

• Comfortable using computers and handheld scanning devices

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
