2nd Shift Assembly Core Department Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 2nd Shift Assembly Core Department Lead to oversee daily operations in our assembly department. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and hands-on experience in assembly processes. The ideal candidate will ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality standards, safety compliance, and team engagement on the 2nd shift.

Location: Kenosha, WI
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 1:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay rate: $25 

Duties:

• Lead and supervise the 2nd shift assembly team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure production schedules are met efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Monitor workflow, address bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Promote a safe and compliant work environment in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and resource allocation.

• Proven experience in assembly or manufacturing leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes, production metrics, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and lead a second-shift team effectively.
