We are seeking a motivated and versatile Fabrication Floater to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will support multiple areas within the fabrication department, assisting wherever production needs arise. This position is ideal for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Location: Kenosha, WI
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 1:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Duties:
- Assist across various fabrication workstations, performing tasks as needed.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely and efficiently.
- Ensure production quality standards are consistently met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Prior experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to read basic work instructions and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to float between different tasks and work areas.
- Willingness to follow all safety protocols and procedures.
