We are looking for a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team on the 1st shift. This role focuses on operating press brake machinery to bend and shape metal components accurately, following specifications and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with press brakes, is detail-oriented, and committed to safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Location: Kenosha, WI
Schedule: Monday – Friday 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Pay rate: $22.50

Duties:
- Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend metal according to blueprints and specifications.
- Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and production plans.
- Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet dimensional and visual standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
- Prior experience operating press brake machinery.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with metal fabrication processes.
- Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
