Midway Staffing is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inplant Tech for a manufacturing environment in Van Buren, AR. This role offers hands-on experience working with inks in a production setting and requires strong attention to detail and safety.

Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay Rate

$20.00 per hour

Assignment Details

• Duration: Approximately 2–3 months

---

Job Duties

• Produce and perform quality control on inks to meet customer specifications
• Ensure inks meet or exceed required standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs
• Move 500 lb. drums following standard procedures
• Follow all safety and operational guidelines

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of industry or manufacturing experience
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Strong interpersonal skills (customer-facing role)
