Midway Staffing is seeking motivated and physically capable Record Center Specialists for our Livonia, MI location. This role involves performing a variety of warehouse tasks, including lifting, moving, and arranging boxes of various weights, as well as processing and tracking inventory. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who are dependable, safety-conscious, and able to handle physically demanding work.

Location: Livonia, MI
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (9-hour shift including 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks)
Pay rate: $20/hour (weekly pay)

Duties:

• Walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop, and bend for extended periods

• Lift, push, pull, and carry boxes ranging from 24–100 lbs, including on inclines, stairs, and uneven surfaces

• Process incoming and outgoing orders, read labels, and track boxes using a proprietary computer system

• Operate handheld scanners, ladders, hand carts, and pallet jacks

• Load and shrink-wrap pallets at ground level or on carts, and manually or mechanically load boxes onto trucks

Requirements:

• Protective footwear (steel-toe or composite), slip-resistant required

• Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing 10–100 lbs regularly without assistance

• Ability to safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment

• Read and write English to process orders and track inventory

• Ability to follow safety protocols and work independently in a physically demanding environment
