Inventory Control/QA Associate

Location: 365 Strategy Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46229
Schedule: 6:00 PM-6:00 AM (Wed-Sun: Off Saturday)
Pay: $19

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Control / QA Specialist with a strong focus on cycle counting and inventory accuracy. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring product quality and process compliance within the warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis.

• Conduct quality inspections to verify product condition, labeling, and compliance with customer and company standards.

• Monitor inventory movements (receipts, picks, transfers, and shipments) for accuracy.

• Document findings and maintain accurate records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Partner with operations and leadership to correct process issues affecting inventory accuracy.

• Assist with physical inventories and audits as required.

• Identify trends and recommend improvements to prevent recurring errors.

• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 1+ year of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or quality assurance preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Experience using WMS systems and basic computer skills.

• Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Forklift or PIT experience preferred (or willingness to be trained).
