Equipment Operator I

Pay $19.00/hr
Location: Grove City OH
Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:30am-3pm (schedule may adjust based on business needs)

We are currently hiring an experienced Equipment Operator to support overnight warehouse operations. This role involves operating material handling equipment, picking orders, loading freight, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate powered industrial equipment including electric pallet jacks and reach trucks

• Pick and prepare orders accurately using scanning systems

• Load and unload materials in accordance with warehouse procedures

• Follow safety guidelines and maintain equipment properly

• Meet productivity and quality standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating a double blade electric pallet jack

• Reach truck experience required (Raymond and Crown preferred)

• Order picking experience in a warehouse setting

• Experience using warehouse scanners or voice-directed systems

• Steel-toe boots required

• Strong and consistent work history (minimum 9 months per position)

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
