1st shift Production Assembler

Cold Pro Assembly – Production Associate
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented associates to support assembly operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves assembling power washers and vacuum units, including working with machine pumps, while ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.

Schedule:
Monday – Thursday | 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay Rate:
$13.00/hour

Duties:
• Assemble power washers and vacuum units, including installing and connecting machine pumps
• Work with pump systems, hoses, fittings, and related components
• Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
• Follow work instructions and assembly guidelines
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform basic testing of pumps and completed units
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report any defects or issues to supervisors
• Meet daily production goals

Requirements:
• Basic mechanical or assembly experience preferred
• Experience working with pumps or machinery is a plus
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30–50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
