Production Associate I

Job Description
Pay Rate: Up to $17.50/hour
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Work Area: Seafood production facility
Work Environment:
This role takes place in a refrigerated production setting (approximately 32°F) within a food processing facility. Candidates must be comfortable working in cold conditions for extended periods.
Position Overview:
We are seeking entry-level production associates to support daily operations within a seafood processing environment. This position involves assisting machine operators, handling product movement, and packaging finished goods.
Job Duties:
- Move product carts between production and packing areas
- Package seafood into labeled boxes
- Assist machine operators and production staff
- Repack product and help maintain workflow
- Keep work areas clean and remove trash/debris
Requirements:
- 0–3 years experience
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Comfortable standing for long periods in a cold environment
- Team-oriented and safety-focused
- High school diploma preferred
Steel-toe boots required; warm layered clothing recommended
