Warehouse Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations and support a team of associates in maintaining a smooth, efficient, and safe warehouse environment. This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities for growth and development.

Location: York, PA
Schedule: Weekend Shift — Saturday, Sunday, Monday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19/hour

Duties

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure productivity targets are met

• Coordinate and support associates in picking, packing, shipping, and receiving activities

• Maintain accurate inventory and communicate discrepancies or issues promptly

• Train, coach, and develop warehouse staff to maximize performance

• Collaborate with supervisors and management to improve workflows and solve operational challenges

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace

• Assist with scheduling, equipment oversight, and other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment; leadership experience preferred

• Strong organizational, communication, and people-management skills

• Comfortable using warehouse management systems and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations is an asset

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
