1st Shift Cold Storage Warehouse Associate

Join our team in a fast-paced cold storage warehouse environment. We are seeking reliable associates who can work efficiently in refrigerated and freezer conditions while supporting warehouse operations such as inventory handling, order fulfillment, and shipping.

Location: Denton, TX (76205)
Schedule: 1st Shift – Thursday to Monday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (12-hour shifts, mandatory)
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Duties:

• Manage inventory by labeling and storing products in refrigerated or frozen storage areas.
• Pick, pack, and label products accurately to prepare orders for shipment.
• Stage and load outbound shipments while verifying order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and follow all safety and sanitation procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and stand for extended periods in cold environments.
• Strong attention to detail when picking, packing, and handling inventory.
• Reliable team player who can follow instructions and adapt to fast-paced warehouse operations.
