Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Freezer Forklift Operator to assist with operating a sit-down forklift in a cold storage warehouse environment. This position involves moving and organizing products in freezer temperatures while supporting daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with operating a sit-down forklift to move products and materials throughout the freezer warehouse.

• Load, unload, stack, and stage pallets in designated areas.

• Safely transport goods between storage racks, staging areas, and loading docks.

• Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and forklift operating procedures.

• Perform routine equipment checks and report any mechanical issues.

• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the freezer and work areas.

• Assist with inventory handling and proper product placement.

• Support other warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift experience preferred; sit-down forklift experience is a plus.

• Ability to work in a freezer/cold storage environment for extended periods.

• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Strong attention to safety and teamwork.

Working Conditions:

• Work performed in a freezer environment with cold temperatures.

• Company-provided protective gear may be required.

• Must be comfortable standing, lifting, bending, and operating equipment for extended periods.
