ICQA (1st Shift Cold Storage Environment)

ICQA Associate (Inventory Control & Quality Assurance)

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Pay: $17.50/hr

• Reports to: ICQA Lead

• Responsibilities:

• Perform cycle counts and verify product quality.

• Assist with product rotation (FIFO).

• Evaluate or discard short-dated or expired products.

• Log damages and ready donations.

• Maintain quality standards and support the fulfillment team in alignment with QA direction.

• Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role.

• Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and adaptability.

• Ability to meet established standards for quantity and quality of work.

• Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment averaging 34°F.

• Adherence to health & safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality standards.

• Basic computer skills.
