What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of administrative, HR, or office support experience
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly
- Adaptability to dynamic work environments and multitasking
Ideal Additional Skills:
- Prior experience working in human resources or payroll systems (e.g., Paycom, ADP, Workday)
- Familiarity with HRIS or benefits administration
- Support experience in manufacturing or multi-site organizations
- Coursework or an associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management
- Ability to assist with recruitment, orientation, and training logistics
- Knowledge of safety training and policy development
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Additional Information:
This is a temporary, hourly position offering 35-40 hours per week during standard business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm). The role involves typical office physical requirements, including sitting, typing, light lifting, and occasional movement around the office. The salary range for this position is $21-$23 per hour, with work conducted onsite in a climate-controlled environment.
