Inventory Clerk

Pay: Up to $19.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: Sayreville, NJ 
Interview Process: In-person required

Overview
Seeking a dependable and organized professional to support outbound shipping operations. This role focuses on ensuring orders are processed accurately, shipped on time, and tracked effectively. You’ll work closely with warehouse and operations teams to keep shipments moving smoothly and address any issues that arise.

Key Duties

• Plan and coordinate outgoing shipments to meet delivery timelines
• Maintain accurate inventory data and assist with stock control
• Partner with warehouse staff to streamline shipping workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve shipping or order discrepancies
• Communicate with internal teams to improve efficiency and reduce delays

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using WMS platforms and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication skills across teams
