Warehouse Associate

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for assisting with receiving, shipping, and inventory control while ensuring products are handled, prepared, and stored accurately and safely. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Goodyear, AZ~
Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Duties:

• Support receiving operations by unloading, crating, and preparing incoming product

• Pick, crate, and prepare orders for shipment in outbound operations

• Package, bundle, and prepare products using banding and stretch wrap machines

• Utilize RF scanners and maintain inventory accuracy within assigned areas

• Report damaged materials, shortages, or discrepancies to management immediately

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and return equipment to proper storage

• Follow proper lifting techniques and safety procedures at all times

• Attend safety meetings and comply with OSHA and MSDS regulations

• Report all injuries, safety concerns, or facility issues promptly

• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Good communication and organizational skills
