Fulfillment Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Coordinator to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you will manage inbound route scheduling, generate purchase orders (POs), prepare bills of lading (BOLs), coordinate with carriers, and assist with inventory discrepancy resolution.

Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Schedule: 8AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday + Overtime Availability Required 

Pay rate: $18.53/hour (Temp-to-hire)

 Duties:

• Manage inbound route scheduling and optimize warehouse flow.

• Generate purchase orders (POs) and prepare bills of lading (BOLs) accurately.

• Investigate and resolve order and inventory discrepancies.

• Schedule shipments and communicate with carriers, customers, and vendors via email.

• Maintain accurate logs of inventory movements and warehouse transactions.

Requirements:

• Hands-on warehouse experience (picking, packing, shipping).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using ERP systems.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, with the ability to work overtime including Saturdays in a fast-paced environment.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
