Parts Inventory Clerk
Position Overview
Join a forward thinking, people first organization with a strong focus on inclusion, teamwork, and innovation. As a Parts Clerk, you will work in a fast paced environment supporting the lifecycle management of hybrid and electric vehicle batteries for leading automotive manufacturers.
In this role, you’ll assist with receiving and cataloging parts, sorting materials, maintaining inventory, communicating with suppliers, and supporting shipping and parts kit assembly. You’ll work closely with the supply chain team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Pay: $22.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Location: North Las Vegas, 89032

Key Responsibilities
- Check in received parts and accurately catalog them using inventory software.
- Sort and organize materials as needed to support operations.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
- Assist with inventory control across multiple programs.
- Support shipping activities, including preparation of outgoing batteries.
- Build and assemble parts kits according to program requirements.
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) for documentation and tracking.
- Collaborate with team members and support overall team operations.
- Operate basic office and warehouse equipment as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and actively support workplace safety initiatives.
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and other movement as required.
- Maintain reliable attendance and transportation.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Knowledge of ERP systems preferred
- Good communication skills
- English is the primary language, must be able to enter information into our propriety software
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Experience in EV battery, automotive, or manufacturing industries
