We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packers to join our team at Midway Staffing. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to maintaining quality and efficiency in packaging operations.

Location: Arlington, TX
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, 2-2-3 rotating schedule
Pay rate: $16.00/hour + $2.00 shift differential

Duties:

• Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards
• Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy before packaging
• Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a rotating schedule
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
