1st Shift Filler Helper

Filler Helper – 1st Shift
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Filler Helpers to support machine operators in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will assist with packaging operations, ensure product quality, and maintain a safe and efficient workspace.

Location: Kenosha, WI
Schedule: 2-2-3 Schedule | 6:00 AM – 6:15 PM
Pay Rate: $19/hour

Duties:
? Assist machine operators with packaging and filling operations
? Remove finished products from machines and separate defective items
? Stock and sort products and replenish packaging supplies
? Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity to standards
? Adjust machine components, flow, speed, or temperature as needed
? Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur and report issues to supervisors
? Inspect and remove defective products and packaging materials
? Clean and prepare raw materials for processing
? Secure finished products by tying, sealing, or labeling as needed
? Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
? High school diploma or GED required
? 1+ year of manufacturing or industry-related experience preferred
? Ability to accurately read and enter computer data
? Strong communication and organizational skills
? Ability to lift up to 75 lbs consistently
? English proficiency required
? Must be able to pass a 5-panel drug test

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
? Experience in paint, coatings, or chemical manufacturing
? Exposure to quality programs or safety programs
? Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement environments

Work Environment & PPE:
? Gloves, goggles, and ear plugs provided
? Steel-toe static-dissipative boots required
? Long pants and long sleeve shirts required
? No jewelry, watches, or personal items allowed on the floor
? Phones must be stored in lockers (provided on Day 1)

Additional Details:
? First-day training, safety instructions, and onboarding will be completed onsite
? Positions are temporary with the opportunity to transition to temp-to-hire based on performance
? Permanent opportunities may be offered on night shift
