Are you an experienced welder passionate about precision and quality? We are seeking a talented Welder II to bring your manual welding expertise to our innovative manufacturing team. In this key role, you'll craft high-quality weldments using TIG welding techniques, contributing to projects that demand exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. If you're committed to safety, continuous improvement, and producing work of the highest standards, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Proven manual welding skills, with an emphasis on TIG welding for steel and aluminum
• Ability to read and interpret welding symbols, prints, and work orders
• Familiarity with quality inspection processes and measuring equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot independently
• Capacity to work safely in a dynamic environment with moving mechanical parts and vibration

Nice to Have:

• AWS certifications for MIG welding steel and aluminum
• Experience in a metal manufacturing setting for over one year
• Cross-training in multiple workstations
• Basic understanding of print tolerances and quality documentation

Preferred Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1+ years of experience in welding within a manufacturing environment
• Certification in multiple welding processes is a plus
• Ability to interpret complex instructions and work with minimal supervision

Additional Requirements:

• Onsite position working Monday through Friday
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, bending, and climbing
• Compliance with safety procedures and maintenance of a clean, organized work area
