2nd Shift Shipping Clerk

Shipping Clerk – 2nd Shift
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to support daily
shipping operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for preparing shipments, verifying accuracy, and maintaining an organized and efficient shipping area.
Location: Kenosha, WI
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay Rate: $19/hour

Duties:

• Prepare and assemble customer orders for shipment
• Verify order accuracy and complete shipping documentation
• Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse
• Ensure products are properly labeled, packaged, and organized

Requirements:

• English required; bilingual candidates strongly preferred
• Previous shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
• Forklift experience and/or certification is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control
• Basic computer skills / tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and use shipping and inventory systems
• Strong verbal English communication skills required to understand training, follow directions, and communicate effectively regarding daily tasks and responsibilities
• Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team
• Self-motivated, efficient, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to load trailers and work in varying temperatures, including hot summer and cold winter conditions
• Positive attitude with a can-do mindset
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain productivity standards

Additional Expectations:

• Live loads are limited to volume/dedicated loads only

• All trailers must be fully completed at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled pickup time
