TIG Welder – 2nd Shift

We are currently seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for welding sheet metal and metal components while maintaining quality and production standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working with blueprints and measuring tools to ensure precise welds.

Location: Kenosha, WI
Schedule: 2nd Shift
Pay rate: Starting at $18.00 per hour (depending on experience, up to $24.00 per hour)

Duties:

• Perform TIG welding on sheet metal and metal components

• Read blueprints, layouts, or templates to complete weld assemblies

• Produce seam and tack welds according to production specifications

• Use measuring tools such as calipers and gauges to verify accuracy

• Assist with maintaining welding equipment and work tools

• Support production flow by assisting with material movement and documentation

Requirements:

• Previous TIG welding experience preferred (approximately 2+ years)

• Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions

• Experience working with metals such as mild steel, stainless steel, or aluminum

• Ability to use measuring tools and perform basic math

• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment
