SMT Repair Technician

We are currently seeking a dependable SMT Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will assist with testing, inspecting, assembling, and repairing printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies in a manufacturing environment. This position plays an important role in ensuring products meet quality and production standards.

Location: Kenosha, WI
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay rate: $19.00 per hour

Duties:

• Assemble circuit boards and small electronic components

• Follow written work instructions and production schedules

• Perform basic inspection of circuit boards and assemblies

• Use hand tools and soldering equipment to complete assembly and repair tasks

• Perform testing on products to ensure they meet quality standards

• Troubleshoot simple issues with circuit boards and components

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Requirements: 

• Soldering experience required

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work with small components

• Basic mechanical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
