2nd Shift Material Handler

Material Handler – C & D Shifts (Nights)
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Material Handlers to support shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate order processing, maintain proper documentation, and operate safely and efficiently.

Location: Kenosha, WI
Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotational Schedule | 6:00 PM – 6:15 AM
Pay Rate: $22.25hr

Duties:
 Move freight, stock, and materials to and from storage, production areas, and loading docks
 Load and unload trucks using manual labor or equipment such as forklifts
 Sort and organize cargo prior to loading and unloading
 Attach tags or labels to ensure proper identification of materials
 Read work orders or follow verbal instructions to complete assignments
 Track and record units handled using production sheets or work tickets
 Secure loads using bracing, padding, or strapping to prevent damage
 Position bins, carts, and containers for proper material handling
 Maintain organized storage areas to protect inventory
 Transport tools and supplies as needed and return after use
 Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
 Maintain strong attendance and punctuality
 Follow all quality control procedures and company policies
 Adhere to all safety standards and guidelines

Requirements:
 High school diploma or GED required
 1–3 years of related experience preferred
 Forklift experience required
 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
 Strong communication skills and English proficiency (read/write/speak)
 Experience with SAP/WMS systems and ISO-9001 standards preferred
 Ability to work overtime and flexible hours as needed

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
 Previous shipping, traffic, or material handling experience

Work Environment & Schedule Details:
 11.75-hour shifts
 30-minute unpaid lunch
 Three 15-minute paid breaks per shift
 Fast-paced warehouse and production environment
