Job Description
We are hiring Press Operators for a manufacturing facility in Lake Zurich, IL. This role involves operating press equipment, maintaining quality standards, and supporting production in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Lake Zurich
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift | 3:15 PM – 11:30 PM + overtime as needed
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor press machines according to safety and production standards
- Load raw materials and ensure proper machine setup
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and GMP requirements
- Accurately complete production documentation
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production goals
- Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime as needed
