Position Title: Quality Assurance Specialist III

Pay Rate: Up to $23.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Interview Process: On-site interviews required

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-driven Quality Assurance Specialist to support project coordination and quality control efforts within a high-volume distribution center. This role plays a key part in managing packaging and rollout initiatives, ensuring all orders and shipments are executed accurately and on schedule through consistent communication across teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support packaging and rollout projects
• Review and validate orders, inventory movements, and shipment details
• Ensure shipments meet required specifications, including labeling and delivery requirements
• Perform quality checks on priority shipments
• Track project timelines and provide status updates
• Process shipments and maintain accurate documentation within internal systems
• Assist with freight coordination, invoicing support, and issue resolution

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  OR
• High school diploma or GED with 5+ years of related experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds as needed

Preferred:

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Background in a distribution center or warehouse environment
• Experience supporting shipping, logistics, or quality assurance functions
