Sanitation

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sanitation Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across production and warehouse areas while ensuring compliance with food safety and company guidelines.

Location: Woodridge, IL
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Pay Rate: $19/hour

Duties:

• Perform daily sanitation of production areas, equipment, and common spaces in accordance with food safety standards.
• Clean and sanitize machinery, workstations, floors, and surfaces using approved cleaning chemicals and procedures.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment as needed.
• Follow sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comply with OSHA and company safety guidelines.
• Properly handle, store, and label cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Document completed sanitation tasks and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and scheduled sanitation shutdowns.
• Support production teams by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, production, or sanitation experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and food safety protocols.
• Comfortable working overnight in a fast-paced environment and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays, as needed.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
