1st Shift Packing Associate – West Chicago, IL
Pay: $16.25/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Position Overview

We are hiring Packing Associates for a fast-paced food manufacturing environment in West Chicago. This role requires individuals who can work efficiently while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on the production line handling food and beverage products
• Package, label, and inspect finished goods for quality
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
• Assist team members and supervisors with daily production needs

Work Environment & Requirements

• Food production environment with strict GMP policies
• No jewelry, piercings, fake nails, nail polish, lashes, or smartwatches allowed
• Must follow all hygiene and safety regulations
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs as needed

Qualifications

• Previous production or packing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production standards
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are critical
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
