Record Center Specialist

Midway Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Records Specialist to join our team in a warehouse environment in Bensalem, PA. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable performing physical tasks, handling sensitive documents, and maintaining an organized workspace.

Location: Bensalem, PA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay rate: $17/hour

Duties:

• Process incoming orders and scan carton barcodes and storage locations using the Safekeeper system
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies for inbound and outbound orders
• Manifest, bundle, and prepare shipments
• Complete all necessary documentation accurately
• Communicate order-related issues to management
• Maintain and inspect warehouse equipment (e.g., Telxon scanner, ladders, Safekeeper terminal)
• Pull, scan, and shred confidential physical records
• Use ladders to access and organize high storage areas
• Keep a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and operational procedures
• Travel between facilities as needed
• Mentor team members when opportunities arise

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, physical labor, or service-based environment
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and move/lift boxes (average weight: 40 lbs)
• Comfortable standing for long periods, climbing stairs, and using ladders/tools
• Experience with manual pallet jacks is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Adherence to all safety and security protocols
