Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Midway Staffing is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support warehouse operations in Wind Gap, PA. This role requires strong computer skills, the ability to work independently, and effective collaboration with warehouse and office teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Wind Gap, PA
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay rate: $18.50 per hour – Paid Weekly
Duties:
- Respond to internal and external inquiries via email, computer systems, and phone as needed
- Create and manage service tickets/work orders
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to resolve order, shipment, and inventory issues
- Track and update customer and order data in system platforms
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Assist with reporting and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills (Excel, email systems, ticketing platforms)
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
