Production Associate 

Job Summary:
Seeking a Production Associate to support assembly and production in a fast-paced environment. This role involves working with tools, following instructions, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met while building advanced electromechanical products.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30AM to 5PM
Pay rate: $20/hr

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components following work instructions and drawings.
• Perform daily production tasks to meet schedules and output goals.
• Follow all safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Handle materials, including receiving, staging, and moving items as needed.
• Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.
• Complete production documentation and track work progress.
• Identify and report defects or issues during assembly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production status.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow written instructions, assembly drawings, and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic experience using hand and power tools.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to wear required PPE and follow all safety guidelines.
• Ability to meet production goals and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
