Pick Line Team Lead

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Pick Line Team Lead to oversee associates responsible for selecting products for outbound customer orders. This role requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and punctual, with a strong passion for leading a team and maintaining high performance in a fast-paced, cold warehouse environment.

Location: Hiram, GA
Schedule: Thursday–Monday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
Pay rate: $22.50/hr

Duties:
Lead and support the pick line team throughout the full shift
Ensure accuracy in item selection, quantities, and scanning procedures
Monitor production goals and maintain an efficient workflow
Train new associates and provide ongoing coaching to current team members
Coordinate with replenishment and packing teams to prevent delays
Assist with picking as needed to support team performance
Enforce safety, GMP, and cleanliness standards
Communicate shift updates, staffing needs, and issues to management

Requirements:
At least 2 years of warehouse and pick-pack experience required
Leadership or training experience preferred
Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods
Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 40–50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
