Picker/Packer

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker/Packer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders while maintaining quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and committed to meeting daily productivity goals.

Location: Romeoville, IL

Schedule:
Shift A: Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM
Shift B: Friday, Saturday, Sunday- 6AM-6:30PM

Pay rate:
Shift A: $15.68/hour (Temp-to-hire)
Shift B: $16.39/hour (Temp-to-hire)

 Duties:

• Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer and production requirements
• Inspect products for quality and ensure items meet company standards before shipment
• Refresh units by cleaning, repairing, and replacing parts as needed
• Label, organize, and stage completed orders for shipping
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning and documentation
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and fulfillment goals

Requirements:

• Hands-on warehouse experience (picking, packing, shipping).

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, with the ability to work overtime including Saturdays in a fast-paced environment.
