1st Shift Receiving Clerk

Heavy Lifters – Warehouse Associate

The Receiving Clerk is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming shipments. This role ensures all products are verified against purchase orders, properly labeled, and stored in the correct warehouse locations while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Location: Kenosha, WI 
Schedule: Tuesday 4am-12:30pm, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 1:30am-10am(until close)
Pay rate: $19.00 per hour
Pay Schedule: Weekly

Duties:

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders and packing slips
• Inspect deliveries for damage, discrepancies, or shortages
• Accurately enter receiving data into warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems
• Label and organize inventory in designated storage areas
• Communicate with purchasing and warehouse teams regarding any discrepancies
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or scanners (if certified)
• Maintain clean and organized receiving and dock areas
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus
