Production Associate I
Midway Staffing is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Production Associates to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and are eager to contribute to a production team. Location: Northwood, Ohio
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday – Friday
Pay rate: $17.50/hour
Duties:
- Move carts from production to the packing area within the fish processing room
- Pack fish fillets from machinery into branded boxes
- Assist master fish cutters with daily tasks and production needs
- Support operations in various areas of the seafood processing room as needed
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of related experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a cold environment
- High school diploma required
- Must be able to work as part of a team and follow safety procedures, including certification to operate industrial equipment
Additional Details:
- Steel toe shoes/boots required
- Dress attire includes sweatpants, jeans, hoodies, and layered clothing
