Filler Helper – Night Shift
Join a stable, fast-paced production team with opportunity for long-term growth. No extensive experience needed—just reliability and a strong work ethic.
Location: Kenosha, WI
Schedule: 2-2-3 | 6:00 PM – 6:15 AM
Pay: $20.25/hour
What You’ll Do
- Help run and support production machines
- Package and move finished products
- Check products for quality and remove defects
- Keep materials stocked and lines running
- Clean and organize your work area
- Report any machine issues to supervisors
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Some manufacturing experience is a plus (not required)
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Basic computer and communication skills
- Must pass a drug screen
- Must follow safety rules and PPE guidelines
Work Environment
- PPE provided (gloves, goggles, ear plugs)
- Steel-toe boots required
- No jewelry or phones on the production floor

Additional Details:
- First-day training, safety instructions, and onboarding will be completed onsite
- Positions are temporary with the opportunity to transition to temp-to-hire based on performance
- Permanent opportunities may be offered on night shift
