Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM 
Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Pay Rate

$19.50 Hourly - Weekly Pay

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact from issue start to resolution

  • Communicate updates to customers and internal teams

  • Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed

  • Document cases and track progress

  • Build relationships with customers and provide guidance

  • Support other teams and assist with training when needed

  • Handle phone, chat, and email support in a timely manner

    Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to manage high call volume

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

  • Able to work independently and maintain accuracy

  • Team player with a positive attitude
