Inventory Clerk

Job Summary:
Seeking an Inventory Clerk to support warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records, completing cycle counts, and assisting with warehouse processes in a fast-paced environment. This role combines warehouse duties with office-based administrative tasks and requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and a commitment to safety.

Location: Westampton, NJ 08060
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM + OT
Training Schedule: Monday – Friday for the first few weeks
Pay Rate: Up to $20.50/hr
Interviews: In Person

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory balances and records.
• Ensure all daily inventory transactions are entered completely, accurately, and on time.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Communicate inventory issues that may impact customer orders or stock levels to supervisors.
• Review daily assignments during stand-up safety meetings.
• Operate RF scanning devices to complete inventory tasks.
• Use Crown Order Picker equipment (up to 40 feet high) as needed.
• Support warehouse functions including product movement, stocking, and material handling.
• Complete basic office tasks using Excel, Microsoft Word, and other systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in warehouse, inventory, or related work preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows systems.
• Comfortable with warehouse work and office work responsibilities.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Strong math skills including basic addition and subtraction.
• Ability to lift and move up to 10 lbs.
• Comfortable operating warehouse equipment and working at heights.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment / Attire:

• Dry warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from 60 to 90 degrees.
• Shorts, jeans, and athletic wear permitted as long as appropriate.
• Steel-toe boots/shoes highly recommended.
