Record Center Specialist 1 (Light Industrial)

Midway Staffing is seeking 25 dependable and hardworking Record Center Specialists to join a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is highly physical and ideal for individuals who are comfortable with manual labor, lifting, and working as part of a team in a structured setting.

Location: Boyers, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (includes 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks)
Pay rate: $15.50/hour
Desired Start Date: 4/29/2026

Duties:
Process orders and move boxes containing files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials
Manually lift, carry, arrange, and load storage boxes, bins, and totes (24 lbs to 100+ lbs)
Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
Load, unload, and shrink-wrap pallets at ground level or on carts
Use a proprietary computer system and handheld scanner to track and locate inventory
Maintain accuracy when reading labels and processing incoming/outgoing orders

Requirements:
Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs without assistance on a regular basis
Comfortable working on ladders, uneven surfaces, stairs, and elevated areas
Ability to read and write English and follow detailed instructions
Experience with pallet jacks, hand trucks, or warehouse equipment preferred
Must wear protective footwear meeting ASTM F2413-11 safety toe and slip-resistant standards
