General Labor

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in a General Labor role within a fast-paced production environment. This position supports daily operations through a variety of hands-on tasks, including sorting, organizing, and preparing materials to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and organize mail by zip codes, routes, or specific job requirements
• Verify names, addresses, barcodes, and other mailing information for accuracy
• Feed mail into sorting and inserting machines
• Stack, bundle, and prepare mail for shipping and distribution
• Monitor workflow to ensure production deadlines are met
• Perform basic quality checks to minimize errors and returned mail
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety and 5S standards
• Assist with other general labor tasks such as packing, labeling, and staging materials
• Support team members in different areas as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse, mailroom, or production experience is a plus
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–40 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic reading and counting skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends, as needed
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
