Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Assembly Line Laborers to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working on a fast-paced production line to assemble, package, and inspect products while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on an assembly line performing repetitive tasks
Assemble products according to specifications and work instructions
Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
Package finished goods and prepare them for shipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Meet daily production goals and efficiency targets
Assist with other general labor tasks as needed
Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods (8–10 hours)
Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements:
Repetitive hand and arm movements
Standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
