Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are currently hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at Pregis. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Location: Arlington, TX 76017
Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Pay Rate: $25–$35 per hour (based on experience)

Duties:

• Perform preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues in a timely manner
• Diagnose and maintain PLC systems and production equipment
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and meets company standards

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Electrical experience working with up to 480V 3-phase motors
• Basic PLC troubleshooting and diagnostic experience (certification not required)
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
