Job Summary:

Seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Operations Associates to support overnight fulfillment and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity offers consistent scheduling and the ability to grow within a team-oriented setting. This role is responsible for loading and unloading trucks, palletizing items, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe and organized workspace.

Location: Monroe Township, NJ
Schedule: Night Shift, 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM
Pay Rate: Starting at $19.00/hr

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks while wrapping and palletizing customer items
• Scan, track, and organize inventory using a mobile application
• Ensure accuracy of inventory and proper storage of materials
• Maintain productivity standards and workflow efficiency
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet daily goals
• Support additional warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for the duration of an 8-hour shift
• Comfortable using smartphones or mobile applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred
